Personal Required Documents

  • Passport-Original and all previous passports
  • CNIC (National ID Card) scanned colored copy
  • Four recent colored 35 x 45 mm photographs on a white background
  • FRC (Family Registration Certificate) from NADRA


Financial Required Documents

  • Solo travelers need a 6-month personal bank statement (minimum balance PKR 7,00,000) on the bank's letterhead, including bank details, and for families (minimum PKR 1,500,000). 
  • Personal Income Tax Returns / Tax deduction certificate


Suporting Required Documents

  • Police Character Attested from Foreign Office


Important Notes

  • Confirmed return ticket to be submitted by the client to process Philippines visa. In case there is no confirmed ticket Tayyar e Madinah will charge extra accordingly.
  • Please deposit the latest bank statement, which should not be more than 7 days old at the time of submission
  • All other documents such as financial and personal documents, are to be provided by the clients themselves
  • Visa approval is at the discretion of the Royal Thai Embassy visa-issuing officer
