Personal Required Documents

  • Passport-Original and all previous passports
  • CNIC (National ID Card) scanned colored copy
  • Three recent colored 35 x 45 mm photographs on a white background
  • FRC (Family Registration Certificate) from NADRA


Financial Required Documents

  • Solo travelers need a 6-month personal bank statement (minimum balance PKR 500,000) on the bank's letterhead, including bank details, and for families (minimum PKR 800,000). 


Suporting Required Documents

  • Invitation for Visa from Uzbekistan
  • Company Registration Certificate
  • Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with the Chamber of Commerce
